In spite of the summer weather, the Chargers were cold in the Windy City for the season opener. With a total of 6 thrown interceptions, Rivers was barely able to scrape up any offense at all in the shut out loss to Clock's Bears.

"Well, we didn't generate any offense at all", said coach Kane ,"the running game was non existent, Phil threw all those interceptions, and the defense didn't show us either - not sure where to start plugging holes at this point". Clock's Bears came out with a vengeance and the Chargers essentially folded.

This was definitely not our night, started slow for both teams, just waiting for something to break. Playing conservative early on came back to bite us in the end, put us in a game where we were not the ones controlling the clock and dictating the game. Much like our real life counter part, receivers failed to find any space, Dak failed to deliver the ball to the right team and was not able to sustain drives to keep Zeke involved. Defensively was on the field too much, and allowed drives to be sustained. Probably the best game we have seen coach Poo play against us.

Looking forward to putting this one to bed and moving on to the next game... its early in the season but feel like we need to see who we are going to be this year.

Good game all the way around Gpoo, next one is at our house.

Jamesis leads a game winning drive with 1:03 to go with a 17-17 tie. Coach ELBuccs coached himself off the ropes as Lamar Jackson led a 14 play 5 minute plus drive that looked like it was going to be the knockout blow. The Bucc D bowed up with back to back sacks forcing a game tying FG. Good clock management allowed Jameis the opportunity and DJax fought off the safety for a 53 yard catch with 41 seconds left. Mike Evans capped the drive with 8yd TD pass. Buccs win 24-17 over division rival DC Drama. Instant Classic. Great game DC, see you in BMore!
