To start a game the way the Seahawks did was purely unacceptable, first punting the ball giving up three points and then giving up a pick 6 on the next series putting the team down 10-0 had the game totally looking one sided in the 1st quarter of play. Then in the second quarter the leader of the offense and leading rusher Rawls woke up refusing to just take a lose and ran a 67 yard touchdown that sparked the whole Seattle team

starting off what would end up being a 249 and two touchdown day. After this things really got good as on the next series K.J. Wright came up with a clutch interception that gave Seattle the ball back that led to them scoring 3 points knotting the game up at 10-10. The tuff Jacksonville offense after this drove down the field easily but was stopped in the red zone giving them the opportunity to take the lead back but on what is felt to be the game changer, Elliot for the second week in a row came up with a block that completely turned the game around
this being the last play of the 2nd quarter gave Seattle the momentum and they dominated the 3rd quarter 14-0 Rawls scoring again then Jimmy Graham making a nice grab and rolling into the endzone, but Coach DMC being the intelligent playcaller slash fighter that he his put on his armor and began to fight staging a combeback scoring fast in the 4th and contastly stopping the Seahawks offense forcing them to play defense and fight for their 7 point lead. Seattle held strong through got the ball back and held it running the clock off and advancing on in their playoff run. Coach Scarface said after the game "I'm happy with the way my team performed and Coach Dmc should be proud of his solid porfomance, it's always hard playing someone you respect so much knowing someone must lose at the end but I would have been ok with it no matter which way it went GG DMC".

Player of the game, who else could it be T. Rawls 249 Yards on 22 attempts and 2 touchdowns while averaging 11.3 a carry held it all the way down in Coach Scarface's Rookie playoff debut.

Competition for the same objective or for superiority in the same field is the definition of a rivalry and that's exactly what this game was. A rivalry that has went back ten years this brought high tension as well as some fun to a game that was most anticipated between Coach Heat and Coach Scarface. The game started with Coach heat mixing it up with his pass game easily coming down the field and going up 6 to 0 in the first quarter, but after a missed extra point field goal attempt the nerves where gone and the Seahawks began to apply pressure that buffalo seemigly just didn't have a answer for. Led by Wilson, Coach Scarfaces team drove down the field and ended a 8 play drive with a 12 yard run for a touchdown by T. Rawls . Then it was all Seahawks, we all know Rawls had a spectacular game but all of this was continuously set up by the prideful Seahawks defense who came up with 5 interceptions a safety and holding the bills rushing attack to 26 yards while never letting the Buffalo Bills score again after the 1st quarter. It was absolutely clear what the focus was at practice DEFENSE DEFENSE DEFENSE which was played beautifully once the Seahawks buckled down.

Coach Heat and Coach Scarface spoke after the game exchanging words and congratulations with coach Scarface leaving their conversation knowing that next season Coach Heat will be coming with a whole new style that may shake up the whole 40 Nickle and after reporters ask "How will you handle Heat and his playing style in the future?" His answer was "I've known this man for yeaaaaars and one thing I know is he's full of surprises so when that time comes you will see".

Seahawks play not to lose in division matchup
Coming off one of their worst performances in Week 3 vs the Cardinals the Seahawks looked a little shaky in their Week 4 matchup vs their divisional rivals the Detroit Lions and Head Coach BFRC. After starting the game off with a couple run plays called for Lynch Wilson threw yet another INT early in the game. Luckily the defense bailed us out once again and got the ball right back and preventing a Lions score. After the INT you could tell the Seahawks offense went very conservative. Asked after the game why the Seahawks went conservative Coach Shadez had this to say..."Well we didn't want to fall behind early on like we did last week. Intead we put the onus on our defense and felt we could force the Lions into turning the ball over. Fortunately, the Lions offense was pretty conservative as well and despite the difference in possession time and the number of first downs they converted our defense was able to keep them out of the endzone." The Seahawks scored on a 52 yard pass from Wilson to Wilson in the first quarter that put the Seahawks up 7-0 in the first. Lynch would add 92 yards to keep the chains and the clock moving. It was 10-6 Seahawks going into the half. The Seahawks only gave up another field goal to the Lions late in the 4th and then Wilson threw another INT to give the Lions the ball with 5 minutes remaining. The Seahawks defense stood strong forcing the Lions to punt. With a minute and a half to go. Wilson hit Wilson again and instead of taking it in for the TD the Wilson downed the football on the 5 and the Seahawks milked the clock for the win.

Good game BFRC!

Seahawks win home opener
After a nice Week 1 vs the 49ers the Seahawks headed home for their home opener of the season vs Coach Nupe and his Philadelphia Eagles. The first quarter had very little excitement as both coaches sat back and waited for the other coach to make a mistake offensively. Unfortunately neither team was able to capitalize on the early turnover by each team. Finally in the 2nd quarter Sherman was able to pick off Sanchez and put the Seahawks in great field position where Lynch would eventually punch itin for the score to make it 7-0. The Seahawks would drive down the field two more times in the quarter and settle for another 2 fields goal right before the half.

In the 3rd the Eagles would finally get on the board with a huge play to one of the WR's when the Seahawks were caught in a broken defensive formation. The score was now 13-7 and the Eagles were right back in the game. The Seahawks needed a drive to keep the momentum on their side and Russell Wilson did just that capping off a 75 yard drive with a playaction pass to WR Doug Baldwin who would trot into the endzone after the catch. The Seahawks would go up 21-7 after going for the two point conversion. The Eagles would answer yet again midway through the 4th on yet another bad defensive play call by the Seahawks. It was another huge play to a WR that resulted in a long touchdown. The Seahawks would go 3 and out on their next possession and the Eagles would get a first down but were picked off by CB Lane when Sanchez over threw a deep ball. The Eagles would drive down and settle for a field goal to put the game out of reach.

Good Game, Nupe.

CHAMPS Again!

Seahawks did battle with the Steelers and Coach Skip for the 40Nick crown.

This was an instant classic with the Steelers taking control early and looking like a sure win in the 1st half. Seahawks played some horrible football in the 1st half but the Steelers defense had a lot do do with that.

The 2nd half the Seahawks came out and went with what worked for them all year. Play defense and run the ball!

The Steelers defense would not move the ball and the Seahawks would put together a drive to get within one score. Seahawks defense would turn it up and force the Steelers to punt in the 4th setting up the Seahawks last drive that would take 5 plus minutes and would be powered by Beastmode.

It would come down to first and Goal from the one.... time for Beastmode. Well the Steelers had other plans stopping him on the one on 1st and 2nd down. On 3rd down the Steelers would blast through the line and force Lynch down and push him back 3 yards.

4th and goal from the 3. Obvious passing situation... or was it? In a call that shocked some even thinking back shocked the Seahawks Lynch would get the ball and rumble in the endzone to grab the score. Tie game. Headed to overtime. Only fitting for these two coaches....

Seahawks would receive the ball and would get inside FG range with the help of Lynch and Wilson with some key throws.

FG Good. Seahawks come from behind to take the lead in OT.

The Steelers still had a chance to answer. They would make it all the way to the 45 but Ben would be forced to throw up a Hail Mary that would be picked off by Richard Sherman to give the Seahawks back to back Titles and the Coach's 3rd in a row!

Players of the Game:

Marshawn Lynch

133 yards rushing 26 receiving and the 1 TD that setup the overtime.

Seahawks defense:

After looking horrible in the 1st half they would be all over the Steelers in the 2nd keeping the Seahawks hopes alive.

Great game Skip. Congrats on a great season!
